In case of conflict between these terms and your policy, your insurance policy shall prevail regarding coverage matters.

Payment and Billing

Premium payments are due according to the schedule specified in your policy. Failure to pay premiums when due may result in policy suspension or cancellation. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your policy terms or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our fees with appropriate notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by or licensed to sharpvisionary. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
